Unleash your potential and rise to new levels with mentorship.

What does a mentor do?
The role of a mentor is to share expertise, advise, advocate, coach, and support your mentee to help them meet their personal and professional goals.

Mentor Eligibility
We believe that everyone has something to share and to learn. Therefore, there are not any level or seniority requirements to be a mentor. The key to being a mentor is to have a desire to share your knowledge with others.

What are the requirements to be a mentor?

  • You have a desire to share: have a willingness and desire to share your wealth of knowledge and experience
  • You have the capacity- You can commit to ~2 hours per month, for 6 months (per mentee)
  • You’re comfortable with continuous feedback-  You are comfortable giving and receiving both positive and constructive feedback that is actionable.
  • You’re an active listener- You are able to listen and understand a situation before jumping in with solutions.
  • You’re in good standing- All Rise mentors must be in good standing (e.g. not the subject of active employee investigation, no performance concerns or currently on a "Plan for Success" (either currently or within the last 6 months).
